DESCRIPTION:උතුම් කඨින පුන්‍ය මහෝත්සවය 2022\nOur KATINA CEREMONY this year will be held on SUNDAY 9 OCTOBER at the \nBletchley Youth Centre\nDerwent Drive\nBletchley\nMK3 7BE \n(same venue as last year) \nKatina Ceremony this year\, along with Vas aradhana and other meritorious activities has been sponsored by Dr. Nanda and Mrs. Swarna De Silva and family. \nBohoma Pin\n🙏🙏🙏 \nWe kindly invite all the community to actively participate in this highly meritorious activity by attending the ceremony on the 9th with all the family. \nKatina Day Programme\n(Light refreshments will be available in the morning) \n8 -10 am Preparation \n10 am Perahera bringing in the Sacred Relics and the Katina Cheevara \n11 am Lighting the Oil Lamp\, Pansil and offering of Dana. \n1 pm Katina Cheevara Perahera \n1.30 pm Donation of robes to resident monks\, Dedicating Katina Robe\, Kap Rukha Puja\, offering gifts followed by Anushasana. \n2.00 pm Conduct of the Vinaya Kamma by the Maha Sangha. \n2.30 pm Devotees offering Atapirikara and Cheevara. \n2.45 pm Seth Pirith \n3.00 pm Vote of Thanks \n3.15 pm Dana for Devotees \n4.30 pm Cleaning and tidying. \n5.30 pm End of Programme \nWe greatly appreciate all the food and other donations pledged so far and all the support extended.
