SUMMARY:Coronation Celebrations with Fusion Lunch Dansala
DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to have this wonderful opportunity to celebrate Coronation of King Charles III together as a united\, inclusive community in Milton Keynes. We have already been in touch with leaders of different ethnic/religious community groups in Milton Keynes and have invited them to participate in this event along with members of their community (numbers limited). In addition\, we have also invited 20-30 elderly citizens of Milton Keynes to attend\, particularly those living by themselves. The live broadcast of the coronation event will be shown on a large indoor screen\, from 10.30 am until approximately 2.00pm. \nThis event takes place during the Vesak season\, which marks the birth\, enlightenment and parinibbana of the Buddha and therefore is a significant auspicious occasion for Buddhists. Reflecting the traditional practice of generosity during this period by offering food to the wider community\, refreshments will be available throughout the session.
