Special Pooja will take place at Milton Keynes Vihara Mindfulness Meditation Centre wishing you all a peaceful and prosperous New Year 2025 on Wednesday 01st January at 7AM – 11AM & 6PM. Centre will be opened whole day but monks will only available at those mentioned times. Please be on time. Life is always challenging. Spiritual blessings are very helpful at these times of social and economic upheaval. 2024 has not been that bad but very fast moving. It has been a very successful year for the centre as we managed to do lots of good programmes. \nThe teachings on gratitude\, compassion\, contentment and mindfulness\, we share and uphold have been very useful. \nWe are really impressed with the support for each other in our community. We all at the centre are very grateful to have you in our community and deeply appreciate your generous support all throughout\, especially at the hardest time in the history to keep the centre going. \nThank you so much for all and that made many things possible in our community. May those be real blessings for you all to proceed into an amazing New Year 2025…. \nWe have monks staying at the temple regularly now. If you wish to attend any services such regular dana\, blessings\, meditation and monthly donations\, please let us know. \nWe have been continuing our programmes very successfully both online and onsite. \nBest way to help by making a regular Standing Order Donation to the Centre and sponsoring the programmes we have.
