Therefore we all needed bit of time to respect the wishes of Dr Ajit de Silva and Family. Therefore we are sorry for this late message. \nDr. de Silva was a driving force and source of great inspiration for the establishment and maintenance of the Milton Keynes Vihara\, making immeasurable contributions to our work. We would like to demonstrate our gratitude to him and his family by organising a Dhamma Sermon for the whole community\, which will also be an opportunity for us to remember the positive impact he had on our lives and to share merits with him. \nThe memorial Dhamma sermon took place on Saturday\, 2nd March at the Summerlin Centre in Woburn Sands (MK17 8SG)\, at 6pm.  \nWe thank you for all those who participated. \nThe funeral will take place Monday\, 11th March at the Crownhill Crematorium in Milton Keynes (MK8 0AH)\, starting at 3:30pm. \nAll are welcome to join these events to remember and share merits with Dr. Ajit de Silva. \nඅචින්ති තම්පි භවති – චින්ති තම්පි විනස්සති. \nසිතන දෙය සිදු නොවිය හැකය. නොසිතු දෙය සිදුවිය හැකිය. \nඅනිච්චා වත සංඛාරා\nඋප්පාද වය ධම්මිනෝ\nඋප්පජ්ජිත්වා නිරුජ්ඣන්ති\nතේසං වුප සමො සුඛො \nසියළු සංස්කාරයෝ (හේතු වලින් හට ගන්නා සියළු දෙය) වෙනස් වේ (අනිත්‍යය).\nඒ සියල්ල ඇති වෙනවා සේවා ම නැතිවීමද ධර්මතාවයකි.\nමෙම ඉපදීම නැතිවීම ස්වාභාවයෙන් මිදීම උසස්ම සැපතකි.\nනිවන් සුවය යනු ඒ පරම සැපතයි. \nඅප මිල්ටන් කීන්ස් විහාරස්ථානයේ ආරම්භයේ සිටම වර්ථාමාන දියුණුව පිණිස ඉමහත් කැපවීමෙන් කටයුතු කළ \nආචාර්ය අජිත් ද සිල්වා මහතාමාණන්ට නිවන් සුව අත්වේවා!\n“Acintitampi bhavati – cintitampi vinassati”. \nUnexpected things may happen.
